Passionate about cooking and pastry for over 15 years, Claire-Line grew up in a French foodie family.
This passion became a reality when she became France’s only Amezaiku artist in 20 years, supplemented by a culinary and hospitality degree at the prestigious INSTITUT PAUL BOCUSE, along with a Pastry degree.
Her journey took her across China to promote French wine, then Japan to showcase French haute cuisine, then back to France, to work for a renowned pastry store. Since 2020 she returned to her hometown of Lyon to share the sweet delights from Japan.
